Terms and Conditions

No hunting, fishing, wildlife photography, camping, tramping, trekking tour or any other type of tour offered by Predatours shall be considered booked until Predatours is in receipt of the following:-

1. The deposit for any tour or arrangement is received in the specified currency and paid in full as to the amount specified.

2. Receipt of an original copy of the signed waiver/indemnity document from all clients relative to any tour booking or arrangement.

3. Receipt of a final payment in the amount specified by Predatours, and in the specified currency for any tour booked or arranged.

4. Receipt of payment in the currency specified for any additional licences, taxes, and/or fees applicable to the tour or arrangement by such date specified by Predatours.

If the above conditions are not met, Predatours reserves the right to void or cancel any such tour or arrangement and any monies already received shall be retained by Predatours and not refunded.

All deposits are non-refundable. Although in some circumstances Predatours may allow the booking be changed to another person arranged by the person/s who made the original booking and who paid the original deposit for that specific tour to which it relates. Predatours reserves the right to re-advertise and to re-sell any booked tour which is cancelled by booked client/s, irrelevant of the circumstance, reason, situation, scenario or the sum of monies already paid to Predatours by the client/s or person/s booking. (Predatours strongly urge clients to obtain relevant insurances upon booking any tour with or through Predatours).

Predatours is not a travel agency, and any travel not included or specified in any advertised tour is the sole responsibility by the client/s or person/s booking to arrange themselves. Visas for international tours are the sole responsibility of the client/s or person/s booking the tour.

Each individual tour may be subject to separate and additional terms and conditions, and they may be applied by Predatours in addition to the terms and conditions specified on this page.

Predatours services include assisting client/s or person/s booking to apply for some licence/s relevant to some tours. Predatours are not responsible for the submission of any application/s for any licence/s or the issue of any licence/s.

All tours subject to availability. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include gratuities, insurance, flights, excess baggage, visas, import/export certificates, alcohol.
